Shipping Policy 

• Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation. 
• Delivery takes 2–7 business days from the order date. 

Return Policy

• Orders placed during events like "Buy 2 Get 1 FREE - Miraggio Style Hour" are not eligible for return & exchange.
• Returns, exchanges, or replacements are accepted for unused items within 7 days of delivery. (Items must have original tags, dust bags, and boxes intact.) 
• Gift Boxes and orders with free gifts are not eligible for return/exchange. 
• In case of any damage, defective item, missing item, empty parcel, or any other issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly share a proper unboxing video along with a few clear pictures of the bag and box from all sides.

• Pick-up and delivery will be handled by Miraggio.
• For returns on Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be credited to your bank account within 5–7 working days, as per standard banking timelines.
