What are the Terms and Conditions for Returns and Refunds?
We gladly accept returns of ONLY unused merchandise, within 7 days from the date of delivery. Customers will have to courier the product they desire to return back to our warehouse. Products purchased during clearance sale CAN NOT be returned.
If the product received is either damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact the Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling +91-9509114114 within 48 hours of delivery and the pick-up/delivery of the products will be taken care of by Miraggio. All handbags and accessories must have original tags attached.
When will I receive the refund of my return?
Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment by obtaining return authorization via phone or email. The refund will be processed within 48 Hrs after the returned item has reached us and the quality check is successful. Therefore, the refund initiation time may vary by time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to our warehouse.
How do I check on my return status?

I received an incorrect item/ parcel, what should I do?
You may return or exchange item(s) if the item(s) received by you is a wrong shipment, by submitting a Return Request online within 48 hours of delivery. If the item(s) is still in stock, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you. Miraggio reserves the right to do an exchange by way of an item(s) of a similar value or any other methods at the discretion of Miraggio.
