What are the Terms and Conditions for Returns and Refunds?

  • We gladly accept returns, exchanges or replacement of ONLY unused merchandise, within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Please ensure you record a video of unboxing your package to claim any manufacturing defects or missing products.
  • Products purchased during FLASH SALES or FINAL SALES (like BBIG, B2G1, Under 1999, festive sales) can only be replaced or exchanged.
  • If the product is missing or if the product received is either damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact the Customer Service at support@miraggiolife.com or simply WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery and the pick-up/delivery of the products will be taken care of by Miraggio, the return process generally takes 7-10 days.

Please note that all products must have original tags, dust bag and packaging box intact.

When will I receive the refund of my return?

  • The refund process would take 7 -10 days.
  • After your return request is approved, it takes up to 48 hours for us to arrange your return pick up.
  • Once picked up, it takes 3-5 days to reach our warehouse, post which the quality check process happens which takes up to 48 hours. 
  • Once the quality check is successful your refund will reflect in your original or chosen method of payment by obtaining return authorization via phone or email. 
  • We request you to be patient while we work hard to process your return request. Thank you.

How do I check on my return status?

To check on your return status, Please go to Return/Exchange. Please put in a return request using your Order Number or Phone No/Email.

I received an incorrect item/ parcel, what should I do?

  • You may return or exchange products if the products received by you are incorrect, by submitting a Return Request online within 48 hours of delivery
  • If the products are still in stock, we will ship the replacement to you, this process will generally take 7- 10 days. 
  • In case the products are out of stock, our Customer Service team will reach out to you and provide you the best possible replacement.
