Out of Stock situations

Our endeavour is to ensure that all products listed on the site are available in-stock for dispatch to the customer. However in case, the same is not available for any reason, we will contact you within 2 business days and give you the option to exchange, delay or cancel the order based on your convenience.

Delivery of products

Purchases are shipped from our own or third-party warehouses/ stores or offices from various points in India. Our endeavour is to make the products reach you at the earliest within 3 – 7 business days depending on the delivery address of the order.

Our own staff or third party courier and logistics companies or Postal Services will make order deliveries usually between 9 AM – 7 PM Monday –Sunday.

Delivery Invoice attached to the Product upon delivery will be required to be acknowledged and signed by you or any other person at the address mentioned by you at the time of order. We take no responsibility for products signed by any other person other than you who have placed an order for the product.

Since the transactions are authorised by the cardholder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.

We are not responsible for any damage to products after delivery. Once delivered, the products will be subject to the terms and conditions mentioned in the warranty card attached to each product.

All claims, if any, for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the contact us page on the web-store. Also, the said shortage of product needs to be highlighted and signed on theProof of delivery copy itself and returned to the delivery person.

Delivery Charges

For purchases over INR 1000, there’ll be no shipping and handling charges.In case of orders less than INR 1000, shipping and handling rates may vary based on the product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations.The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.

Delivery of products

To return any items, which are damaged or not as per your original order, please contact customer service within 48 hours from the time of delivery along with images of the delivered product and their tags. In case of any product, which has manufacturing defect, the issue needs to be raised within 7 business days from the date of delivery.

All damaged items or items not as per your order that are to be returned must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return/exchange

Product returns

We have a 7 days return/exchange policy. We want you to be 100% satisfied with the purchase. In case you are not, we’ll be happy to exchange your product(s) with new one(s) or offer you a full refund.

  • All return/exchange products must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return/exchange authorization number       and in the original unused condition, tags and packaging intact, otherwise the same will not be accepted for return/exchange.
  • You can return/exchange the product(s) within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • We have a 30 days warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • Any product received damaged or not as per the order specifications needs to be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Pick-up and delivery of the returned product(s) will be taken care of by MIRAGGIO.
  • We will require up to 15 days from the day you return the product for your refund request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
  • Sale product(s) is/are final sale and cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
  • Once the product(s) is/are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, no refund or exchange will be possible.
