How can I order online?

Setting up an account

  • In the homepage, sign in or create a new account using the tab at thetop right corner “Create My Account”.

  • In order to make a purchase, you do not need to establish an account;you can also continue shopping as a Guest Shopper.

Online Shopping

  • In the homepage, sign in or create a new account using the tab at thetop right corner “Create My Account”.

  • On the Shopping Cart page, you can proceed with the online checkoutprocess by clicking on the “Checkout” button. You can also add moreproducts to your ‘Shopping Cart’ by clicking the “Continue Shopping”link. If you wish to change quantity you can simply change it and canupdate the page by clicking Update.

  • The following page shows the products that you have chosen. Enterthe billing and shipping information and click on Proceed to Payment.

  • You will be taken to our secure payment gateway where you can enteryour account details and authorize the transaction.

  • You can also make a purchase through Cash On Delivery (COD).

How do I know that my order is confirmed?

Once the purchase is made, you’ll be notified about your confirmation via e-mail.

Can I make changes or cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately via Live Chat or by calling +91 83779 91911. If you contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order we can cancel and replace the order. However, once an order begins processing no changes can be made. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours.

How can I track the status of my order?

If you have an account with us, please go to "Track My Orders". Click"View Order" under Order Detail & Tracking. Next to the item(s) you will seethe tracking number. Click on it to see the status of your shipment.

What are the modes of payment while making an online purchase?

We accept all the International and Domestic Credit and Debit cards issuedby banks and financial institutions.

Cash On Delivery (COD) is also available for your convenience. (Only inIndia)

Usually how many days does it take to receive an order?

Once the order is processed, it normally takes 3 to 7 business days toreceive the order depending upon your delivery address.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

What is Miraggio’s return policy?

We gladly accept returns of UNUSED merchandise if the product you’vereceived is either damaged or has a manufacturing defect. If you want toreturn any product, which is either damaged or not as per your original order,you need to contact the Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery. In caseof a product that has a manufacturing defect, the product needs to beexchanged within 7 business days. All handbags and accessories must haveoriginal tags attached. Returns will be refunded to the original method ofpayment by obtaining return authorization via phone, Live Chat or e-mail. Ineither of cases, pick-up and delivery of the products will be taken care of byMiraggio Lifestyle Private Limited.

Once your return is checked in at the warehouse, you will be sent an email tolet you know it has been received and that your refund has been issued. Fromthis time, it takes up to 3 business days to show up on your credit card, debitcard or PayPal account. Refunds are always issued to the original method ofpayment.

What are the shipping charges?

For purchases over INR 1000, there are no shipping charges within India.
