• Delivery takes 2–7 business days from the order date.

Return Policy

• Orders placed during events like "Buy 1 Get 30% Off | Buy 2 Get 50% Off" are not eligible for return & exchange.
• Returns, exchanges, or replacements are accepted for unused items within 7 days of delivery. (Items must have original tags, dust bags, and boxes intact.)
• Gift Boxes and orders with free gifts are not eligible for return/exchange.

• Pick-up and delivery will be handled by Miraggio.
