Returns

  1. We offer 7 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery. We also offer reverse pick-up services at no additional costs or charge.
  2. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code.
  3. Please return your products in the same condition as they were shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or without tags or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
  4. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment by obtaining return authorization via phone or email. The refund will be processed within 48 Hrs after the returned item has reached us and the quality check is successful. Therefore, the refund initiation time may vary by time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to our warehouse.
  5. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE
  6. For Payments made with COD option we will send you a link on your registered phone number from Razor Pay, Please open that link and fill in your bank/UPI/Paytm details to avail your refund.
  7. You can get in touch with us about any issues at our customer support portal or drop us a line at support@miraggiolife.com and we will be happy to help. All queries will be solved between Monday-Saturday, 9:30 am - 6pm.
    All pending queries will be solved on priority the next day.
  8. Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
  9. Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable on that order.


REFUNDS FOR PRODUCT DEALS

Any items purchased during an Exclusive or FLAT Sale or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns or exchanges.
